    22 day Health and Wellness BINGO Challenge
    NOVEMBER 1-22, 2023
    FUN. FREE. HEALTHY

    How to Join the Challenge:
    -Download the app
    -Create a login
    -(if you already have the app/login, join the 22 Day Challenge Group)
    -You will be sent a bingo card
    -AND GO!

    FOCUS: Accomplishing 1 healthy task/daily to show your body gratitude
    BINGO CARD FOCUS: 3 PILLARS OF HEALTH
    FITNESS
    NUTRITION
    MINDSET

    HOW TO PLAY DADDY TAY BINGO:
    During the Challenge,I will draw a letter/number (ie: D1) daily and send it on the app and social media the day before you need to accomplish the letter/number drawn.
    The next day, you get to complete the task in your square for the letter/number drawn (ie: walk for 30 minutes in the sunshine) then check off that square.
    Once completed and checked, SEND IT (post on IG story and tag me at daddytayfitness_dtf OR post in the app and @me OR send it via email for me to post in celebration of you)

    GOAL: Who can complete a bingo line first and HOW MANY squares/bingos can you complete through CONSISTENCY of doing 1 daily task that helps your health by the end of the 22 day challenge!

    THINGS YOU WILL NOTICE:
    You will find that you already have some great healthy habits!
    You will learn some easy tips and tricks on how to help your body get even healthier!
    YOU WILL FEEL BETTER!
